TERMS AND CONDITIONS

LIABILITY and INSPECTION
We guarantee our stock to be true to name and in good condition upon leaving the field.  All product is inspected to be free of pest and disease.  Care is taken to insure hardness during growth and plant field removal.  Natural variation will occur in growth / hardness, therefore no warranty, expressed or implied on performance is given.  All material is field inspected and State Certified by Michigan Department of Agriculture and machine dug to A.A.N. specifications.  All trees are tagged for species with wire baskets and treated burlap exclusively used.   We make every effort to insure proper loading and protection during shipping.  Orders may be void if injury occurs due to; freeze, frost, flood, drought, hail, fire or other circumstances beyond our control.

TERMS
All prices are F.O.B. Forever Green Nursery, Cheboygan  MI and are base on a minimum order of 2,000.  Free delivery in Michigan and Northern  Ohio with a minimum order of $2,500 .  All new accounts will be C.O.D. until credit is established.  Prices are based on market conditions and subject to change.  Discounts maybe available on orders of 2,000 or more, call for details.

TRANSPORTATION and CLAIMS
When stock is turned over to the carrier for shipment, our responsibility ends; if we are not the carrier.  If shipping damage is present on arrival, all claims must be made immediately upon receipt of material and written notification within three days is required if we are the carrier.  If we are not the carrier and damage is present upon arrival, secure proper notation on freight bill and file claim with carrier.  Customer is responsible for unloading truck.  Special shipping / packaging instruction should be given as to how you would like your order to delivered.  We will ship to our best judgment if no direction is given.

We have additional hardwood and evergreen species, which are not listed and available at competitive rates.  Please call for availability and rates.  Discounts available at ten and greater
